Matter Me accepts and processes orders through our Shopify store. Selected products are produced and fulfilled through trusted production partners so your gift can be prepared and delivered to you.

Production and fulfillment

Production time varies by product, personalization, destination, and fulfillment method. Any estimate shown on a product page or at checkout is an estimate unless Shopify expressly identifies it as guaranteed.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and supported delivery estimates are calculated by Shopify at checkout using the order and destination information available at that time. Matter Me does not promise a delivery date unless that service is expressly shown as guaranteed at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, Shopify sends it using the contact information provided at checkout after the fulfillment partner has shipped the order. Carrier scans and updates may take time to appear.
